When you request a review, Empowered Data collects the business contact and organizational details you submit: organization, website, name, role, work email, staff size, years of digital records, and selected tools. We store this information to assess potential fit and respond to your inquiry. Submitting the form does not grant access to your accounts or authorize data licensing.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to evaluate and administer potential partnerships and communicate with you. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information to operate this site. We do not sell inquiry contact information or use it to supply contact lists to AI buyers. Buyer introductions and source-data sharing require separate scoping and approval.

What not to submit

Do not submit donor lists, beneficiary or personnel records, sensitive documents, passwords, or account credentials. This site has no document upload or account-connection feature.

Storage and retention

Inquiry records are stored in the site’s hosted database and retained as needed to evaluate the inquiry and administer any resulting relationship, subject to applicable obligations. Inquiry information is not displayed publicly.

Requests and choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information and ask us to stop follow-up by replying to our correspondence. If you have not yet received correspondence, use Empowered’s contact channel and identify your request as relating to Empowered Data.

Site operation

The hosting platform may process technical request information for security and operation. This page does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives technical requests from your browser.
